“Today, we come together as a nation to celebrate you, our precious treasures, our greatest joy, and the future of our beloved Seychelles.

“Each one of you holds within your incredible potential, unique talents, and a voice that matters. As your Minister for Youth, Sports & Family, I want to remind you that you are deeply valued, protected, and supported. Your dreams, your questions, your laughter, and even your challenges are important to us.

“This year, as we mark Children’s Day, we renew our promise to build a country where every child feels safe, loved, included, and empowered. A country where your rights are respected, your voices are heard, and your well-being is a national priority.
