Dr Herminie reaffirms commitment to African Unity

“Today, as we commemorate Africa Day, we celebrate the rich tapestry of cultures, the resilient spirit, and the boundless potential that defines our beloved continent.

“For Seychellois, Africa Day is not just a continental observance; it is a profound reflection of our own identity, our heritage, and our unbreakable bonds with the diverse nations that make up this incredible landmass.

“Though separated by the vast Indian Ocean, Seychelles is, and always will be, an African nation. Our history, our struggles, our triumphs, and our future are inextricably linked to the trajectory of Africa.
