With the rapid rise of technology which is taking a frantic hold over Seychelles, it comes as no surprise that modern day machinery involving video game consoles, have also gripped the country furiously.

The younger demographic (15 - 40 years) are growing up in a time when a once stigmatised hobby, has grown into a national phenomenon, spurring multiple collaborations with entities such as the Seychelles National Youth Council (SNYC) and even devoted WhatsApp groups where gaming has become the topic of discussion.
