‘Paint and Sip’ with Joelle for the festive season |26 December 2023

‘Paint and Sip’ with Joelle are not only for adults. Last week, right before Christmas, Joelle Fabre organised a successful ‘Kids paint & Sip with Jo-L’ at Café 74 Anse Royale.

“During the holidays, children are just sitting around at home and feel bored. I usually organise these types of programmes for adults and saw how the participants were relaxed and in a good mood and I was asked when would I host one for children,” shared Joelle.

The ‘Paint and Sip’ programme, themed around Christmas, the beach, or nature, captivated children of all ages. The structured yet relaxed environment allowed them to both develop and explore their artistic talents.

In a typical ‘Paint and Sip’ event, participants gather in a casual setting to learn to create a specific painting guided by a professional instructor with a love for both art and patience, especially with children. This kid-friendly adaptation serves as an entertaining and enriching way to engage young minds, providing a unique blend of creativity and fun during the festive season.
