ISS demonstrates heartfelt support for Seychelles' youth through donation to Elle’s Foundation

In the spirit of giving and compassion, the International School Seychelles (ISS) has made a generous donation of toys and clothes to Elle's Foundation, a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting young struggling mothers.

The donated items are expected to provide significant relief to those in need, particularly in the wake of the devastating disaster that occurred on December 7, leaving several individuals homeless and without basic necessities.

Elle's Foundation, founded with the mission of assisting and empowering young mothers facing challenges, will play a crucial role in distributing these items to those directly affected by the recent disaster.

The toys and clothes generously donated by parents and students at the school are intended to bring comfort and joy to children and families grappling with the aftermath of the unfortunate event.

“During times of crisis, it is heartening to see communities come together to support one another,” said Elodie Vallantine, the school’s principal. “We are proud to partner with Elle's Foundation to extend a helping hand to those who have been adversely affected by the recent disaster. The donated toys and clothes aim to provide some relief and bring a sense of normalcy to the lives of young mothers and their children during these challenging times.”

The disaster on December 7 has left many families struggling to rebuild their lives, and the generous donation from ISS is a testament to the school's commitment to making a positive impact in the community.

Elle's Foundation is a non-profit organisation committed to providing support and resources to young struggling mothers. Founded with the goal of empowering women facing challenges in parenthood, Elle's Foundation works tirelessly to create a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
