In celebration of the day of Love, Valentine’s Day on February 14, the Tribeatz Records presents the Love + Music Acoustic Concert at Eden Plaza, Tamassa and Ochan Restaurant.

The two-hour acoustic performance by Daniel and Mozaik will include a mixture of cover songs, both by local and international artists.

In an interview with Seychelles NATION, Daniel said that the idea of the concert came about because this was how he used to incorporate music and singing in his life. Before venturing into composing his own songs, Daniel said he used to play in hotels and performed for such events like Valentine’s Day.

“That was my life and it was the way I did things before I officially started my music career and I wanted to share that part of my past and give people that experience of how I used to perform my music,” he said.

He added that he has always wanted to do a project with Mozaik, as he sees that their style of music definitely complements his and vice versa and Valentine’s Day was the best occasion to bring this dream into reality.

“I have always enjoyed love songs and the atmosphere of singing this genre so I saw it suitable to do it on that day,” he told Seychelles NATION.

To spice up the evening, there would also be a sneak peak of a new collaboration song between Daniel and Reuben. Performances would be done live by the band, Daniel, Mozaik, Rueben and Juliah. Tickets are available at Kot Do, Tamassa and Ochan Restaurant.
