Keep up the good work and keep giving respect to others as the more you give respect, the more you will earn respect. My biggest request to you all is to stay disciplined and do not get involved in illegal transactions where your reputation and that of the SPF is at stake.”

Compol Barbe explained that promotion is done according to a scheme and for this batch they did it through recommendation.

“No matter what method we use, not everybody will be happy. It was not an easy job for the panel which was set up to deliver on this task. My message for others is to be patient and keep serving the force and let us try to be more efficient in our daily work.”

The small ceremony ended with some group photos with the Compol and management.
