SPTC bus overturns, 28 passengers injured |25 July 2019

Twenty-eight passengers including one child reported to the Seychelles Hospital for treatment for injuries sustained after a Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC) bus they were travelling in left the road at La Louise and overturned.

The accident occurred at around 11.50am when the bus was travelling to Victoria from Anse Boileau via La Misère on its scheduled trip.

Both SPTC and the police have opened an investigation to establish the cause of the accident.
