Home delivery of mail to resume next week |18 March 2021
The Seychelles Postal Services (SPS) has announced that home delivery of mail
will resume as from March 22, 2021.
The SPS says necessary health precautions will be taken by its staff.
Clients wishing not to receive mails at home can advise the SPS postmen team accordingly and should thereafter make prompt collection at post offices. Appropriate identifications will be required for such collection.
The SPS says its backlog of local mails dates back since the end of December 2020 while clients will notice that international mails may be further backdated in view of being stranded overseas.
The SPS is also reminding the general public living in housing estates such
as Roche Caiman, Perseverance ond other flats and apartments to ensure that they provide their complete address including street and house numbers to any parties sending mails.
Seychelles Postal Services wishes to thank the general public for their usual cooperation.
