New Seychelles Breweries product spotted |01 February 2021
A new alcoholic beverage manufactured by Seychelles Breweries Limited has been spotted on the market.
‘Vann Swet’ is the local company’s new addition to its line of beer products and comes in a 500ml-sized red can instead of glass bottles.
Brewed with hops and malt, the new beer contains a higher alcoholic content than Seychelles Breweries’ other beer products with 8% alcohol content.
It is being marketed as a freshly brewed premium beer, made in the Seychelles, but the company has however opted to launch the beer on the market without much promotion.
The company is said to being “mindful” of the country’s current state and hence, at present, is not hyping the product as it would have in normal times.
Seychelles Breweries might also be gauging the market with the soft launch of ‘Vann Swet’ to evaluate its performance compared to imported beers and even to its own products such as the famous SeyBrew, which has a strong heritage of over 47 years.
