Start of new school term for Grand Anse Praslin primary, crèche pupils delayed |07 September 2019

The Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development in consultation with the school management, wishes to inform all parents that due to continuous bad weather on Praslin, construction work being undertaken at the Grand Anse Praslin primary school has been delayed.

A decision has thus been taken for primary school and crèche pupils to resume classes on Thursday September 12 instead of Monday September 9.

In a communiqué released yesterday, the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development wrote that it is dedicated and committed to ensure the safety and security of students and staff on the premises of all schools.

It added that the ministry sincerely apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause and thanks all parents for their understanding and cooperation.
